As part of my Engineering degree, I specialized in the field of Civil Site Projects (Civil Engineering) & AutoCAD Draftsman. I have a firm background in this field and have a strong desire to work in the same, thereby keep expanding my knowledge in the field of building and construction. I have obtained some good experience working with large national companies dealing with construction of commercial & residential building, I am looking to pursue a career with an organization where I can utilize experience to the fullest, An organization which also allows me to grow both technically and professionally. • Day-to-day management of the site and independently handle sites. including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and monitoring the work of any sub-contractors • Managing the project site by overseeing the day-to-day running of all matters related to the project implementation. • Managing material and manpower planning and performing setting-out plans on site as per approved drawings and instructions from Project Engineer/Project Manager • Ensure site works are planned, completed to the required standards within the deadline. • Check drawings of electrical and MEP works for discrepancies & missing details and clarify with the consultant in time for the project implementation. • Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to the project management plan. • Coordinate with the respective agencies to keep up the speed of project completion. Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at the site • Contact with buyers, planners, surveyors, supervisors / managers, other sub-contractors and the client. • Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, check list from buyers and the general workforce involved in the project. • Attend site meetings and coordinate with all sub-contractors Project Engineer/Project Manger, Review construction drawings. • Requisition of materials and equipment for the projects. Quality control of work done at the site. • Preparing daily logs, submittal log paper works, maintaining records of inspections made, tests performed and work executed. • Monitor construction progress against programmed and to required quality.
