Design Engineer

Job Description

Job requirements:
– Higher education or equivalent with experience in the field;
– Previous experience in a similar position;
– English language – advanced level;
– MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities of the new team member:
– Organizes the production process to achieve quantitative and qualitative results, based on the established daily planning, and assigns personnel to machines according to qualifications and work norms;
– Ensures specific conditions for continuous improvement processes;
– Supervises the proper functioning of production equipment and machinery;
– Monitors and controls the production process in production phases, according to planning;
– Controls the quality of finished products and palletizing method, and takes measures to remedy deficiencies, supporting customer requirements understanding and adaptation to specific equipment, as well as the application and improvement of quality standards and product quality;
– Defines the assembly process and creates work instructions;
– Optimizes the production process (time, quality, costs);
– Analyzes and proposes performance indicators for activities to be adopted as targets;
– Maintains and develops production capabilities;
– Designs the manufacturing flow and all elements necessary for the production process (product/process validation);
– Trains operators on the introduction of a new product into production.
