Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through eurojobhub.com and during recruitment, why we use it, who we share it with and what rights you have. It applies to employers who contact us, candidates who apply for a job and visitors to the website.
In short: we collect only the data we need, we use it only for recruitment and relocation, we never sell it, and we share it only with those involved in your process.
1. Who we are
EuroJobHub operates through three companies. Each company is a data controller, which means it is legally responsible for the data it receives in its country.

- If you are an employer sending a message through the website: the company of the country whose page you used. For the form on the home page, EJH MANAGEMENT S.R.L.
- If you are a candidate: EJH MANAGEMENT S.R.L., which coordinates recruitment. When you are selected for a job in Albania or Ukraine, the company in that country also becomes a controller for the data needed for your employment there.
- If you only visit the website: EJH MANAGEMENT S.R.L.
2. What data we collect
Employers. Through the website form: your name, company, email and your message. Later, the contact details of the people we work with in your company.
Candidates. What you send us on WhatsApp or through our recruitment partners:
- name, phone, email, nationality, country of residence;
- your CV: experience, education, qualifications, languages;
- the video interview and, if the job requires it, the filmed practical test;
- passport data (copy, series, number, validity);
- the documents required by law for the work permit, visa and residence permit in the destination country. Depending on the country and the job, these may include a criminal record certificate and a medical certificate.
We process the criminal record certificate and the medical certificate only when the law requires them for employment or for the work permit, and only for that purpose.
Website visitors. The server hosting the website automatically records minimal technical data: IP address, browser type, date and time of the visit. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
3. Why we use the data and on what legal basis
The legal bases below are those of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Articles 6, 9 and 10.

Decisions made by people. We do not make decisions about you solely by automated means. We may use software that sorts CVs, but a person on our team always makes the decision. The final hiring decision is made by the employer.
4. Who we share the data with
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only where needed for recruitment and relocation:
- Employers you are proposed to: your CV, video interview, practical test and the data needed for employment.
- Authorities that issue work permits, visas and residence permits in Romania (for example, the General Inspectorate for Immigration), Albania and Ukraine, plus the embassies and consulates involved.
- The other EuroJobHub companies, when the job is in their country.
- Partner recruitment agencies in your home country that introduced you to us or help you with your documents.
- Our service providers: website hosting, email, WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram. They process data only on our instructions or, in the case of WhatsApp and Telegram, under their own privacy policies.
We also share data when the law requires us to, for example at the request of an authority.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Our work involves transfers outside the EU: Albania and Ukraine are not EU members, and many candidates come from Asia and Africa. We make these transfers only with safeguards:
- Between EuroJobHub companies and with partner agencies: on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR).
- When the transfer is necessary for the employment you asked for (for example, sending your file to an employer in Albania): on the basis of Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR.
- WhatsApp (Meta): on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Telegram: when you choose to write to us there, under Telegram's own privacy policy.
You can ask for a copy of the safeguards at any time, at the addresses in section 1.
6. How long we keep the data

After these periods, we delete or anonymise the data.
7. Your rights
You have the right:
- to know what data we hold about you and to receive a copy;
- to have incorrect or incomplete data corrected;
- to have your data deleted when we no longer have a legal reason to keep it;
- to restrict the use of your data;
- to receive your data in a format you can pass on to someone else;
- to object to the use of your data based on our legitimate interest;
- to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before with your consent;
- not to be subject to a decision made solely by automated means.
How to exercise them. Write to the company responsible for your data (section 1). We reply within one month at most. If the request is complex, this may be extended by two more months, and we will let you know. The reply is free of charge.
8. Cookies and external services
The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and images load from our own server, not from other providers.
When you tap "Write to us on WhatsApp", you leave the website for the WhatsApp app, operated by Meta. What you send there reaches us, but WhatsApp also processes data under its own privacy policy.
When you tap the Telegram button, you leave the website for the Telegram app. What you send there reaches us, but Telegram also processes data under its own privacy policy.
On the candidates page, your answers about nationality and where you are stay in your browser and are not sent to us. On your device we keep only the language you chose, so you do not have to choose it again.
9. Security, complaints and changes
Security. Only the team members working on your process have access to your data. We use encrypted connections, strong passwords and regular team training. If an incident puts your data at risk, we notify the authority within 72 hours, and we notify you too when the risk is high.
Complaints. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the supervisory authority:

Această politică explică ce date personale colectăm prin site-ul eurojobhub.com și în procesul de recrutare, de ce le folosim, cui le transmitem și ce drepturi ai. Se aplică angajatorilor care ne contactează, candidaților care aplică pentru un loc de muncă și vizitatorilor site-ului.
Pe scurt: colectăm doar datele de care avem nevoie, le folosim doar pentru recrutare și relocare, nu le vindem și le transmitem doar celor implicați în procesul tău.
1. Cine suntem
EuroJobHub operează prin trei firme. Fiecare firmă este operator de date, adică răspunde legal de datele primite în țara ei.

- Dacă ești angajator și ne trimiți un mesaj prin site: răspunde firma țării de pe a cărei pagină ai trimis mesajul. Pentru formularul de pe pagina principală răspunde EJH MANAGEMENT S.R.L.
- Dacă ești candidat: EJH MANAGEMENT S.R.L., care coordonează recrutarea. Când ești selectat pentru un post în Albania sau Ucraina, firma din țara respectivă devine și ea operator pentru datele necesare angajării acolo.
- Dacă doar vizitezi site-ul: EJH MANAGEMENT S.R.L.
2. Ce date colectăm
Angajatori. Prin formularul de pe site: numele tău, compania, emailul și mesajul tău. Ulterior, datele de contact ale persoanelor cu care lucrăm în compania ta.
Candidați. Ce ne trimiți pe WhatsApp sau prin partenerii noștri de recrutare:
- nume, telefon, email, naționalitate, țara în care locuiești;
- CV-ul: experiență, studii, calificări, limbi străine;
- interviul video și, dacă postul o cere, proba practică filmată;
- datele din pașaport (copie, serie, număr, valabilitate);
- documentele cerute de lege pentru avizul de muncă, viză și permisul de ședere în țara de destinație. În funcție de țară și de post, acestea pot include certificatul de cazier judiciar și un certificat medical.
Cazierul judiciar și certificatul medical le prelucrăm doar când legea le cere pentru angajare sau pentru permisul de muncă, și doar în acest scop.
Vizitatori ai site-ului. Serverul care găzduiește site-ul înregistrează automat date tehnice minime: adresa IP, tipul de browser, data și ora vizitei. Nu folosim cookie-uri de analiză sau de publicitate.
3. De ce folosim datele și pe ce temei legal
Temeiurile de mai jos sunt cele din Regulamentul general privind protecția datelor (GDPR), art. 6, 9 și 10.

Decizii luate de oameni. Nu luăm decizii despre tine în mod exclusiv automat. Putem folosi un program care ordonează CV-urile, dar decizia o ia întotdeauna o persoană din echipă. Decizia finală de angajare o ia angajatorul.
4. Cui transmitem datele
Nu vindem și nu închiriem datele tale. Le transmitem doar acolo unde e nevoie pentru recrutare și relocare:
- Angajatorii pentru care ești propus: CV-ul, interviul video, proba practică și datele necesare angajării.
- Autoritățile care emit avizele de muncă, vizele și permisele de ședere, în România (de exemplu, Inspectoratul General pentru Imigrări), în Albania și în Ucraina, plus ambasadele și consulatele implicate.
- Celelalte firme EuroJobHub, când postul este în țara lor.
- Agențiile partenere de recrutare din țara ta de origine, care te-au prezentat nouă sau care te sprijină cu documentele.
- Furnizorii noștri de servicii: găzduirea site-ului, emailul, WhatsApp (Meta) și Telegram. Ei prelucrează datele doar conform instrucțiunilor noastre sau, în cazul WhatsApp și Telegram, conform propriei politici de confidențialitate.
Transmitem date și când legea ne obligă, de exemplu la cererea unei autorități.
5. Transferuri în afara Uniunii Europene
Activitatea noastră presupune transferuri de date în afara UE: Albania și Ucraina nu sunt membre UE, iar mulți candidați vin din Asia și Africa. Facem aceste transferuri doar cu garanții:
- Între firmele EuroJobHub și cu agențiile partenere: pe baza clauzelor contractuale standard aprobate de Comisia Europeană (art. 46 GDPR).
- Când transferul e necesar pentru angajarea pe care ai cerut-o (de exemplu, trimiterea dosarului tău unui angajator din Albania): pe baza art. 49 alin. 1 lit. b GDPR.
- WhatsApp (Meta): pe baza cadrului UE–SUA privind confidențialitatea datelor.
- Telegram: când alegi să ne scrii acolo, conform propriei politici de confidențialitate a Telegram.
Poți cere oricând o copie a garanțiilor folosite, la adresele din secțiunea 1.
6. Cât timp păstrăm datele

După aceste termene, ștergem datele sau le anonimizăm.
7. Drepturile tale
Ai dreptul:
- să afli ce date avem despre tine și să primești o copie;
- să ceri corectarea datelor greșite sau incomplete;
- să ceri ștergerea datelor, când nu mai avem un motiv legal să le păstrăm;
- să ceri limitarea folosirii datelor;
- să primești datele într-un format pe care îl poți transmite altcuiva;
- să te opui folosirii datelor pe baza interesului nostru legitim;
- să îți retragi oricând consimțământul, fără să afecteze ce am făcut înainte cu acordul tău;
- să nu fii supus unei decizii luate exclusiv automat.
Cum le exerciți. Scrie-ne la adresa firmei care răspunde de datele tale (secțiunea 1). Îți răspundem în cel mult o lună. Dacă cererea e complexă, termenul se poate prelungi cu încă două luni, iar noi te anunțăm. Răspunsul e gratuit.
8. Cookie-uri și servicii externe
Site-ul nu folosește cookie-uri de analiză, de publicitate sau de urmărire. Fonturile și imaginile sunt încărcate de pe serverul nostru, nu de la alți furnizori.
Când apeși butonul „Scrie-ne pe WhatsApp”, pleci de pe site în aplicația WhatsApp, operată de Meta. Ce ne trimiți acolo ajunge la noi, dar WhatsApp prelucrează și el date conform propriei politici de confidențialitate.

Pe pagina pentru candidați, răspunsurile tale despre naționalitate și locul unde te afli rămân în browserul tău și nu ne sunt trimise. Pe dispozitivul tău păstrăm doar limba aleasă, ca să nu o alegi din nou.
9. Securitate, plângeri și modificări
Securitate. Accesul la date îl au doar persoanele din echipă care lucrează la procesul tău. Folosim conexiuni criptate, parole puternice și instruim periodic echipa. Dacă apare un incident care pune în risc datele tale, anunțăm autoritatea în 72 de ore și te anunțăm și pe tine, când riscul e ridicat.
Plângeri. Dacă nu ești mulțumit de răspunsul nostru, te poți adresa autorității de supraveghere:
